December Poems |
||
These are December poems, full of the gray sky I see through my window each day, framed by trees bare and still, guardians of a frozen walk. The room is cold, so are my fingers, my face beneath their touch is a shout across a pond, a devils crack inside a mirror. I wear black for absent rainbows, for stars that cannot see the world that is near, but numb. December 5, 2005 Previous Entry Next Entry Return to Songs and Letters About the Author |
